Revolutionary Approach to Web Globalization

Phoenix, AZ - The Global Web Architecture Group, a Phoenix-based web technology and globalization consulting organization, has launched phase I of the "Web Globalization Guide Framework" (tm) a new web globalization process that compliments and significantly extends traditional internationalization (I18N) and localization (L10N) web development processes.

The web and internet are by default "global". Additionally, there is recent recognition and emphasis that "global e-commerce" is the next "economic frontier". Attracting culturally and geographically diverse customers is fundamental to the Internationalization and Localization processes. However, these language and culture focused activities rarely implement the ability to effectively or accurately acquire, capture, present and integrate globally diverse customer, product and industry data.

A myriad of international and industry data formats, structures, elements, lengths and standards add complexity to the globalization process, and significantly inhibit "Global Customer Relationship Management" (i.e. G-CRM) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). The determination of which standards apply, and the ability to capture and integrate globally diverse data with more traditional enterprise data will help to insure global e-commerce and Global Customer Relationship Management success.

Without these key data concepts and standards, capturing, validating, processing, and integrating customer contact and demographic information, product and industry data, and e-commerce transaction characteristics become costly and prohibitive. The "Web Globalization Guide Framework" (tm) provides the process, techniques and the necessary international and industry standards references, to extend and "compliment" the globalization process. When coupled with traditional Internationalization and Localization processes, the "Web Globalization Guide Framework" (tm) presents a "complete" web globalization solution.

The first phase of the "Web Globalization Guide Framework" (tm) is a subset of the complete process and is currently available as part of an informational web site at no cost or fee to business executives, globalization professionals, web developers, and other technologists.

I would like to offer to anyone interested, copies of my book "Sybase Client/Server EXplorer" at a special offer price.

The book was published in 1996 and is still a good reference for data modeling and database design.

The tool of focus for the book was the then named "S-Designor 5.1". Obviously PowerDesigner 7.5 has many new features and changes, but the fundamental methodology and capabilities still apply.

The cover price at the time of issue was $39.99 (USD). I am offering copies for $19.95 (USD), plus shipping and handling. If more than 10 copies are purchased and delivered to a single delivery address, I'll even pick up the shipping.

There are a limited number of copies available and pricing is subject to change without notice (the usual legal disclaimer).
