Member Benefits

Everybody is welcome to browse the site, but members have special privileges:

Non-paying User	People who have a casual interest in DataModel.Org can access some parts of the web site, but are not allowed in others.
	Allowed: Main page, Guestbook, Member Search, Browse sample library. And, of course, users can access the membership sign-up page.	Restricted: DBMS pages, Tool pages, E-mail list, Library download page and Message archive. Furthermore, users cannot be listed in the membership database.
Individual Member	People who contribute $20 per year are automatically members. They have full access to view all pages and can post messages to the E-mail list. They can also add their name and any personal information to the membership database.
Corporate Member	Companies who contribute $100 per year will make any person from that company’s domain a full member as indicated above.
Officer	After being a member for at least 3 months, individuals can petition to become an officer. Officers have full member access, but have write access to the area under their control. For instance, the VP – Membership can make changes to the membership database, both in content and in structure.
